Versytec has over 100 JDE World Customers in North America, and boasts a 95% contract renewal rate.

 

 

  Allow us to take a moment and get you better aquatinted with our organization, our philosophy, and the third party support industry in general.  

Versytec is the original provider of third party maintenance contracts for JDE World software in North America.   A tremendous amount of research was required to fully evaluate the feasibility of maintaining such a robust ERP package.   After exhaustive studies and evaluations, we determined that World was the ONLY JD Edwards package that was fully supportable by a third party.  

We   know that there are a couple of companies out there who will sell you support for Enterprise One (One World), but Versytec will not.   The reason is simple:  It is not fully supportable by legal means over an extended period of time.   We will not put our customers at risk, and will not sell something that we do not believe in. If you are a customer running JDE World, you are significantly increasing your risk if you sign a contract with a maintenance provider that also commits to support other ERP products.   Your company could be adversely impacted if they fail to deliver on any of those commitments.

Versytec is entirely focused on the support of JDE World and providing our customers with the best possible support experience.
